About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Mirch Masala & Indian Sweet Cuisine Ltd. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of pastry chefs and bakers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to produce high-quality products.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards of taste, texture, and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Skills: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, work under pressure
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, dependability, judgement, reliability, team player
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced bakery environment
  • Physical Demands: Repetitive tasks, standing for long periods, lifting and carrying heavy objects
