Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Specialist to join our team at Stop N Go Confectionary. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production and Preparation
    • Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
    • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
    • Prepare special orders and custom creations for our customers.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Ensure that all products meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
    • Operate and maintain equipment to ensure efficient and safe production.
  • Inventory Management and Organization
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service and Safety
    • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
    • Ensure a safe and clean working environment for all staff and customers.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Will train on the job.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
    • Reliability, accuracy, and strong work ethic.
  • Security and Safety
    • Bondable and willing to undergo a criminal record check.
Work Environment

As a Bakery Production Specialist at Stop N Go Confectionary, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a team environment.
