About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Mirch Masala & Indian Sweet Cuisine Ltd. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the production of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other sweet treats.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and train a team of bakers and pastry chefs to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to produce high-quality products.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our products meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.

Requirements
