Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at Mirch Masala & Indian Sweet Cuisine Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Development: Create and implement new recipes for our baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts.
  • Production Management: Supervise the production of baked goods, ensuring that they meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
  • Staff Training: Train and mentor our bakery staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to produce high-quality baked goods.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary materials to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our baked goods meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
