About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Development: Create and implement new recipes for our baked goods, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and taste.
  • Production Management: Supervise the production of baked goods, including mixing, baking, and decorating.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our products meet our standards.
  • Staff Training: Train and develop our bakery staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to produce high-quality products.

Requirements
