Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders, and bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality baked goods.
  • Special Orders: Prepare special orders, including custom cakes and baked goods, to meet customer demands.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate machinery, including mixers and ovens, to produce baked goods efficiently and safely.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient production.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
