About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Manager to lead our engineering projects to success. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our technical initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Establish and maintain technical standards and best practices within the engineering department.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in software engineering and project management.
  • Proven leadership and technical expertise, with a strong understanding of software development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
