About the Role

We are a high-performance real estate team seeking a full-time Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our acquisitions team, you will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and closing deals, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to all incoming leads and client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Conduct thorough research on investment and partnership models, real estate market trends, and geographical data to prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration documents.
  • Utilize market trends, comparable sales data, site visits, and outreach to assess property value and condition.
  • Ensure seamless transactions between buyers and sellers.
  • Build trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate signed contracts.
  • Recruit and manage a team of Realtors, including interviewing, selecting, and hiring new talent.
  • Develop and implement business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete in the market.
  • Share Market Center values and opportunities with new and existing agents.
  • Provide training and guidance to existing sales associates in key areas of business.
  • Lead sales and business meetings, driving growth and success.
Requirements
  • Requires a passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality.
  • Preference for a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with strong phone skills and ability to set and close appointments.
  • Extraordinary people skills, leadership, management, team-building, goal setting, planning, accountability, and hiring skills.
  • Above-average sales success track record in recent past.
  • Real estate knowledge and experience, with an emphasis on residential real estate, is a bonus.
