Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in recruitment or related fields
- Assess current and future staffing needs to align with business objectives.
- Craft and disseminate job postings across various platforms.
- Screen and evaluate candidates to identify suitable applicants.
- Provide guidance to candidates regarding job requirements and employment conditions.
- Maintain and review candidate databases for potential fits.
- Engage with prospective candidates to schedule interviews.
- Communicate selection outcomes to candidates and extend job offers.
- Formulate strategic plans to prioritize recruitment efforts.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Possession of relevant professional or technical certifications.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- This role may require travel.
