About the Role

We are a high-performance real estate team seeking a full-time Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our acquisitions team, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and closing real estate deals that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Respond promptly to incoming leads and client inquiries, and research investment and partnership models to prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration documents.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and assess property value and condition to ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers.
  • Relationship Building: Establish trust with prospects, overcome objections, and facilitate signed contracts.
  • Recruitment: Recruit and manage a team of Realtors, including interviewing, selecting, and hiring top talent.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete in the market.
  • Training and Development
  • Leadership: Lead sales and business meetings, and oversee training for existing sales associates in key areas of business.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills, leadership, management, team-building, goal setting, planning, accountability, and above-average hiring skills.
  • Qualifications: Top-producing sales success track record, real estate knowledge, and experience in residential real estate.
