About the Role

We are a high-performance real estate team seeking a full-time Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our acquisitions team, you will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and closing deals, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Respond promptly to incoming leads and client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to facilitate business growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research on investment models, real estate market trends, and geographical data to prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration documents.
  • Property Valuation: Utilize market trends, comps, data research, site visits, and outreach to assess property value and condition, ensuring accurate and informed decision-making.
  • Transaction Management: Ensure a seamless transaction process between buyers and sellers, overcoming objections and facilitating signed contracts.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit and train Realtors, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in the field.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business prospecting and marketing strategies to drive growth and success.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead sales and business meetings, develop and cultivate business relationships, and oversee training for existing sales associates.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills, leadership, management, team-building, goal setting, planning, accountability, and above-average hiring skills.
  • Qualifications: Top-producing sales success track record, real estate knowledge, and experience in residential real estate.
