We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Specialist to support our evaluation, response, and project management of all RFP/I/Qs for our Global Sales Team.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, particularly in areas of business and proposals writing, and be highly detail-oriented, strategic, and able to effectively prioritize projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support the mid-market and enterprise sales teams by managing the complete lifecycle of RFx responses.
- Manage multiple RFx projects and prioritize them accordingly.
- Collaborate effectively with internal business units and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the maintenance of a global knowledge repository.
- Have an exceptional understanding of the RFx/customer requirements and provide support in the production of the RFx deliverables.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in bid/proposal development, or related role.
- Experience either working within or adjacent to tech/SaaS industries.
- Proactive and positive mindset, enabling efficient task prioritization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional prioritization skills and proven ability to multitask.
- Excellent organizational skills and extremely detail-oriented.
- Excellent presentation skills in small or large group environments, with proficiency in presentation tools.
