Job Summary:

The Upper Canada District School Board is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secondary Office Assistant to provide administrative support in the school office environment. As a key member of the school team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate student files, and supporting the school administrator in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line assistance and administrative support to the school administrator and staff
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student files and records
  • Compile and prepare reports and correspondence as required
  • Support the school administrator in various administrative tasks, including student registration and attendance data
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Completion of an Ontario Secondary School Diploma
  • One year college diploma in office administration or a related field
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
