Position Overview

The primary responsibility of the Store Manager is to serve as a pivotal leader within the Luxottica organization. This role is essential in achieving key performance metrics by embodying the Brand Story and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guarantee that the Luxottica team delivers unparalleled Customer Service.
  2. Facilitate training and mentorship for the team utilizing Company-provided resources.
  3. Analyze performance reports to devise and implement strategies aimed at enhancing store KPIs, such as:
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS); Sales Performance; Customer Traffic; Complete Pair Sales; Labor Management; Training Effectiveness; Exam Growth; among others.
Recruit and onboard a highly engaged team to ensure optimal staffing at all times.Collaborate with the Optometry Doctor to enhance both customer and patient experiences while driving store KPIs.Take pride in the store's appearance and guide the team in executing all operational, inventory, and visual tasks according to established guidelines to ensure the best customer and patient experience.Ensure the consistent implementation and maintenance of all Company-approved safety programs to foster a safe and enjoyable working environment.QualificationsBasic Requirements
  1. High School diploma or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 4 years in a management or supervisory role.
  3. Thorough understanding of operations, processes, and their business implications.
  4. Strong skills in influencing and negotiation.
  5. Proficient in team building and management.
  6. Knowledge of current optical theories and merchandise.
  7. Excellent communication and listening abilities.
  8. Strong foundational math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  9. Sales proficiency.
  10. Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
  11. Ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. College degree or equivalent experience.
  2. State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states.
  3. Certification as a Final Inspector from Luxottica.
  4. Completion of Luxottica's Quality, Fitting, and Adjusting Program.
  5. Prior experience in customer service and retail environments.
  6. Knowledge of current store merchandise.
  7. High level of business acumen, including detailed knowledge of the LC Dashboard.

Compensation is determined by various factors, including geographic location, experience, qualifications, skills, and adherence to local minimum wage standards. Additionally, a competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered, complementing a comprehensive total rewards package.
