Position Overview
The primary responsibility of the Store Manager is to serve as a pivotal leader within the Luxottica organization. This role is essential in achieving key performance metrics by embodying the Brand Story and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Guarantee that the Luxottica team delivers unparalleled Customer Service.
- Facilitate training and mentorship for the team utilizing Company-provided resources.
- Analyze performance reports to develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing store KPIs, such as:
- NPS – Net Promoter Score; Sales Performance; Customer Footfall; Complete Pair Sales; Labor Management; Training Engagement; Exam Growth; among others.
- Recruit and onboard a highly motivated team to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Collaborate with the Optometry professional to enhance the customer and patient journey while driving store KPIs.
- Take pride in the store's presentation and guide the team in executing all operational, inventory, and visual tasks according to established standards to ensure an exceptional customer and patient experience.
- Ensure compliance with all Company-approved safety protocols to maintain a secure and enjoyable work environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years of management or supervisory experience.
- Thorough understanding of operations, processes, and their business implications.
- Strong skills in influencing and negotiation.
- Effective team building and management capabilities.
- Knowledge of current optical principles and merchandise.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Proficient in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Sales proficiency.
- Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
- Ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states.
- Certification as a Final Inspector from Luxottica.
- Completion of Luxottica's Quality, Fitting, and Adjusting Program.
- Prior experience in customer service and retail environments.
- Familiarity with current store merchandise.
- High level of business acumen, including detailed knowledge of the LC Dashboard.
Compensation is determined by various factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage standards. Additionally, a competitive bonus and/or commission structure may be offered, complementing a comprehensive total rewards package.
