Position Overview

The primary responsibility of the Store Manager is to serve as a pivotal leader within the Luxottica organization. This role is essential in achieving key performance metrics by embodying the Brand Story and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guarantee that the Luxottica team delivers unparalleled Customer Service.
  2. Facilitate training and mentorship for the team utilizing Company-provided resources.
  3. Analyze performance reports to develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing store KPIs, such as:
  4. NPS – Net Promoter Score; Sales Performance; Customer Footfall; Complete Pair Sales; Labor Management; Training Engagement; Exam Growth; among others.
  5. Recruit and onboard a highly motivated team to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  6. Collaborate with the Optometry professional to enhance the customer and patient journey while driving store KPIs.
  7. Take pride in the store's presentation and guide the team in executing all operational, inventory, and visual tasks according to established standards to ensure an exceptional customer and patient experience.
  8. Ensure compliance with all Company-approved safety protocols to maintain a secure and enjoyable work environment.
Basic Qualifications
  1. High School diploma or equivalent.
  2. 4+ years of management or supervisory experience.
  3. Thorough understanding of operations, processes, and their business implications.
  4. Strong skills in influencing and negotiation.
  5. Effective team building and management capabilities.
  6. Knowledge of current optical principles and merchandise.
  7. Excellent communication and listening skills.
  8. Proficient in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  9. Sales proficiency.
  10. Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
  11. Ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. College degree or equivalent experience.
  2. State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states.
  3. Certification as a Final Inspector from Luxottica.
  4. Completion of Luxottica's Quality, Fitting, and Adjusting Program.
  5. Prior experience in customer service and retail environments.
  6. Familiarity with current store merchandise.
  7. High level of business acumen, including detailed knowledge of the LC Dashboard.

Compensation is determined by various factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage standards. Additionally, a competitive bonus and/or commission structure may be offered, complementing a comprehensive total rewards package.
