About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Execution Representative to join our team at Big Rock Brewery. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing department, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales and marketing strategies through ideation, development, procurement, and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and marketing personnel to develop and execute sales and merchandising plans that align with our Big Rock Strategic Plan.
  • Responsible for daily execution of sales support initiatives, including building displays, placing point-of-sale materials, rotating product, and ensuring current signage.
  • Utilize current, thematic point-of-sale materials when building and maintaining displays.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and on-premises accounts to promote a positive Big Rock image and drive sales growth.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues where possible, escalating and engaging necessary resources as needed.
  • Understand and promote proper shelf space management to meet Big Rock objectives.
  • Ensure products are properly priced, rotated, and merchandised to meet customer needs.
  • Work efficiently to complete all daily assignments and meet sales and merchandising goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one (1) year work experience in a related or customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Technology competence with basic business technology, including Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift products up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
