About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Execution Representative to join our team at Big Rock Brewery. As a Sales Execution Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales & Marketing departments by working closely with our Sales Representatives to ensure our products are up to date, our brands are well represented, and our presence stands out at retailers and on-premise locations within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute sales and marketing strategies through ideation, development, procurement, and execution.
  • Effectively coordinate with sales representatives and Marketing personnel to execute sales and merchandising plans according to the Big Rock Strategic Plan.
  • Responsible for daily execution of sales support initiatives including, but not limited to, building displays, placing POS, rotating product, and ensuring current signage.
  • Utilize current, thematic POS when building and maintaining displays.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and on-premises accounts to promote a positive Big Rock image.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues where possible. Escalate and engage necessary resources in problem-solving as necessary.
  • Understand and promote proper shelf space management according to Big Rock objectives.
  • Ensure products are properly priced, rotated, and merchandised.
  • Work efficiently to complete all daily assignments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one (1) year work experience in a related or customer-facing role preferred.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internally and externally.
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal; strong presentation skills.
  • Technology competence with basic business technology (MS Office, etc.).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple demands and work in a collaborative environment with all levels of personnel.
  • Must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and handle keg products.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
