About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Disabilities Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with learning disabilities to live safe and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support clients to engage in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months of UK-based experience in learning disabilities care
