**Job Title:** Male Learning Disabilities Healthcare Support Worker

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Male Learning Disabilities Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our client, who lives in her own property, to live a safe and fulfilling life.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide person-centered care and support to our client, promoting independence and autonomy
* Develop and maintain a positive relationship with our client, built on trust and respect
* Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure high-quality care and support
* Participate in shadow shifts to familiarize yourself with the client and environment
* Contribute to a 24/7 operations support team

**Requirements:**
* Minimum 12 months of UK-based experience in learning disabilities care
* Passionate, resilient, and highly skilled in supporting adults with learning disabilities
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
* Restraint training and physical intervention skills
