About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work with a 'Outstanding' rated healthcare provider, delivering person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities. You will work closely with our clinical team and care coordinators to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team and care coordinators to develop and implement care plans
- Support clients with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and household chores
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Minimum 12 months of UK-based experience in learning disabilities care
- Passionate, resilient, and highly skilled individual
- Ability to work 24/7 shifts, including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Market-leading rates of pay
- Initial shadow shifts to familiarize yourself with the client and environment
