Job Title: Learning Disabilities Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Disabilities Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a client who requires 24/7 support in their own property. You will be part of a close-knit team that provides person-centered care, enabling our client to live a safe and fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical interventions and support to our client as needed
  • Assist with daily living tasks and promote independence
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment

  • Confidence in performing physical interventions
