Position Summary:

The Senior Director of Customer Onboarding & Digital Engagement at BMO Financial Group plays a pivotal role within the Canadian Personal Banking sector. This leadership position is accountable for managing two essential initiatives focused on improving the customer journey: integrating new retail clients and promoting the use of digital banking services.

Primary Duties:

  • Formulate and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales of banking services
  • Design a comprehensive multi-channel strategy to elevate digital sign-ups and transition to online platforms
  • Remain updated on industry trends and spearhead the execution of strategic projects
  • Work collaboratively with diverse teams, including Marketing, Credit Risk, and Digital Solutions

Required Qualifications:

Experience and Expertise:

  • At least 10 years of experience in retail banking or consulting roles
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, project oversight, and risk assessment

Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated success in project and change management
  • Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:
