Mr. Mass Food Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Support for Diverse Groups: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.

Requirements: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience. Work Term: Permanent, Work Language: English, Hours: 40 hours per week.
