Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

ONTARIO INC. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Develop and implement quality control standards to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, estimating ingredient and supply costs for meal preparation.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise food service staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
Working Conditions:
  • 30-36 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
