We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Nawabi Hyderabad House Biryani Place. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, inspect kitchens and food service areas, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Organization: Organize buffets and banquets, manage kitchen operations, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work areas.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared and served on time.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
