We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Nawabi Hyderabad House Biryani Place. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, inspect kitchens and food service areas, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Team Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and safe food preparation.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, and organize buffets and banquets.
- Communication: Work effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Personal Qualities: Dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and time management skills.
This is a permanent position with 30 hours of work per week. We are a recognized employer offering a stable and supportive work environment.
