About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our team at Bechtel Infrastructure. As a Senior Planner, you will play a critical role in supporting the Pape Tunnel and Underground Stations progressive design-build contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate schedule risks, ensuring project deliverables are met.
  • Establish and maintain project schedules, including resource allocation and task assignments.
  • Provide schedule analysis and reporting to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Develop and implement scheduling standards and procedures, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Support project teams in developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10-13 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling, with a focus on heavy civil construction.
  • Proven experience with Primavera P6 and other project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate schedule risks.
