Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and prepare shipping documents utilizing our company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Collaborate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pickups of goods.
  • Provide tracking and delivery information to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate pricing with external freight forwarders.
  • Assist customers with inquiries via email or phone.
  • Process and follow up on returns.
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external teams.
  • Provide reception coverage as required.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Post-secondary education is a definite asset.
  • 3-5 years of experience in LTL shipping.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated project management and coordination skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
