We are a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Coordinate the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Warehouse and Production Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse and production units to optimize inventory management and reduce lead times.
  • Import and Export Management: Arrange for payment of duties, taxes, storage, and transportation of imported goods, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate reports, including dangerous goods occurrence reports, to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Emergency and Safety Procedures: Follow established emergency and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work completed, including documentation of tasks, activities, and outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Operational Logistics Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
