About the Role

GTX Logistics Inc is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our logistics department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the activities of the logistics department to ensure seamless execution of operations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure timely and accurate information exchange between teams.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of logistics activities, including tracking shipments, inventory, and customer interactions.

Requirements
