Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team and share our passion for beer in a stimulating atmosphere.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure a safe work environment for all employees by monitoring certifications, training, and prevention plans.
- Recruit, develop, and manage talent according to HR policies.
- Engage employees in the company culture and mobilize them to achieve goals.
- Ensure kitchen performance by enforcing quality, cleanliness, and compliance with standards.
- Support the brewer and collaborate with the Brewery team to develop a culture of beer.
- Manage administrative and operational tasks, such as petty cash, server disbursements, maintenance, and payroll.
- Plan, implement, track, and adjust action plans to achieve restaurant goals.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate staff and share vision and expectations effectively.
- Results-oriented: Understanding of key performance indicators and their impact on the restaurant.
- Time and priority management: Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
- Coaching: Development of employees through coaching and mentoring.
- Versatility: Ability to adapt to different roles and situations.
