About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Documentation and Projects Coordinator at Lakeview Millwork Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and preparation of reports.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, and time management.

  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
