About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Documentation and Projects Coordinator at RK Records Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Services Coordination
    • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Reporting and Budgeting
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
    • Attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Efficient interpersonal skills.

    Requirements
