Research and Insights Manager

We are seeking a seasoned research practitioner to join our Strategy, Insights & Digital team as a Manager, Research & Insights. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our research business, delivering exceptional client service, producing high-quality research, and contributing to our thriving culture across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a research strategy to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Lead and deliver high-quality research projects, including qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research into all aspects of our business.
- Position marketing research and insights as a key differentiator for our clients.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their research skills.
- Consult with internal teams to leverage research and insights to inform strategy development.
Requirements:
- University degree in research or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in research and insights, preferably in a communications or marketing environment.
- A growing reputation in research and insights, with a history of client service mastery.
- Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of challenging assignments with a broad portfolio of research work.
- Strong network of contacts within research and insights.
