As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing our research business, delivering exceptional client service, producing high-quality research, and contributing to our thriving culture across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive research strategy to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Lead and deliver high-quality research projects, including qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary methods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research into all aspects of our business.
  • Position marketing research and insights as a key differentiator for our clients.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their research skills and contribute to our team culture.
  • Consult with internal teams to leverage research and insights to inform strategy development.
  • Grow our research business through thought leadership and business development efforts.

Requirements

  • University degree in research or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in research and insights, preferably in a communications or marketing environment.
  • A growing reputation in research and insights, with a history of client service mastery.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of challenging assignments with a broad portfolio of research work.
  • Strong network of contacts within research and insights.
