About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Client Account Manager to join our team at The Fathom Talent Group - Recruiting Experts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hunt for new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients
  • Defend and develop existing accounts to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute value propositions to commercial printing, synthetic tags, and commercial paper solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted verticals, including hospitality, education, construction, restaurant chains, hunting tags, farm, financial services, health and safety, consumer packaged goods, telecommunications, retail, automotive, municipalities, and government
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasing, marketing, communications, health and safety leads, regulators, and compliance leads
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Character: Strong desire to succeed, self-awareness, accountability, and integrity
  • Experience: Proven sales experience, hunting skills, commercial print experience, access to targeted verticals and decision-makers, and sales training (Sandler, Miller Heiman, 95/5, Challenger, MEDDIC, etc.)
  • Intelligence: Smart, sharp, and bright
  • Coachable: Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
