Job Title: Sales Contractor About the Role:
  • Present and promote AGM's renovation solutions to clients, following a structured sales process.
  • Create quotes using AGM's quote system and establish strong relationships with clients.
  • Meet with clients virtually and attend sales meetings to discuss and finalize agreements.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Meet sales targets and outcomes within agreed-upon schedules.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve sales goals.
  • Update AGM's CRM system with sales activities and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Consultant in a commission-based role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong motivation to achieve targets.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM practices.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Capacity to create and deliver presentations tailored to client needs.
