Restaurant Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Edo Japan Ft. Richmond. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and manage work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced food service environment.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on sales, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
