We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled and compassionate Psychologist to become a vital part of our Outpatient Psychiatry Program at PHSA. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional psychodiagnostic evaluations and therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and their families.

Primary Duties:

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement services for specific programs.
  • Perform thorough psychodiagnostic evaluations and provide a range of therapeutic interventions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment strategies, and patient progress.
  • Offer support and guidance to treatment teams and individual clients.
  • Engage in program development and assessment activities.
  • Facilitate training sessions and in-service workshops.
  • Stay informed on the latest research and contribute to ongoing studies.
  • Supervise and assess the performance of Psychology Residents and other trainees.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Psychologists of British Columbia.
  • Doctoral degree in child clinical or developmental psychology.
  • Recent experience in psychodiagnostic or clinical settings.
