Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the establishment and coordination of budget, cost, and schedule control.
  • Implement Project Controls according to established workflows.
  • Prepare and manage the project's cash flow.
  • Maintain the project's Purchase Order (PO) list with necessary information for external inquiries.
  • Set up and manage the project's cost structure in SAP.
  • Ensure accurate booking of all POs and invoices, preventing any budget bypass.
  • Maintain the project's budget database and SAP interface sheets.
  • Oversee the project's schedule.
  • Generate monthly, weekly, and stakeholder reports as required.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or Graduate Degree/Diploma in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project controls, preferably in the Mining sector or EPCM environment.
  • Proficient understanding of project controls, cost management, procurement, document control, and reporting.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong coordination skills to gather cost data from various stakeholders.
