- Menu Planning and Preparation
- Assist the Executive Chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and daily service.
- Source high-quality ingredients and supplies to ensure consistency and excellence in our dishes.
- Food Safety and Quality Control
- Ensure that all food preparation and presentation meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our standards.
- Inventory Management and Cost Control
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
- Monitor and control food costs to ensure that we are operating within budget.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques.
