Job Summary
We're seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing orders for title insurance by phone, fax, and internet. You'll manage customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service, working closely with internal departments to ensure every customer receives the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process orders for title insurance by phone, fax, and internet
- Address and advise lawyers on any issues related to their specific files
- Educate customers on title insurance and FCT's products, distributing information packages as needed
- Accurately close and file policies with reference to all applicable information
