Position Summary:

We are seeking an HR Systems Analyst who will serve as the operational and systems expert for all HR-related platforms and third-party applications. This role encompasses managing various systems including UKG, DPC, Pure Safety, WEIMS, and the Concord Security Pass system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the configuration of UKG modules to align with business requirements, troubleshoot operational challenges, and collaborate with UKG for tailored solutions.
  • Generate and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc reports to meet business needs while ensuring data integrity through regular audits.
  • Analyze business requirements in partnership with stakeholders to identify necessary changes in HR systems, including configuration, testing, and implementation of enhancements.
  • Act as the primary contact for users and leaders, providing ongoing support and guidance related to DPC and other systems.
  • Engage in various projects as needed, such as data conversions and system upgrades.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources setting, with a focus on data management and reporting.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Ultipro (UKG) Time and Attendance module, including configuration of shift patterns and time-off policies.
  • Proficient in IBM Cognos BI for report and dashboard creation.
  • Experience in managing security and access rights for enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes to support time entry validation.
  • Advanced skills in MS Access, Visual Basics, and SQL.
  • Experience handling large data files for system integration.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
