Job Summary:

Toromont Cat is seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the configuration of our HR systems, including UKG, DPC, Pure Safety, WEIMS, and the Concord Security Pass system.
  • Configure UKG modules to meet business needs, troubleshoot operational issues, and work with UKG to apply custom solutions.
  • Build, generate, and distribute various scheduled and ad-hoc reports to support business requirements.
  • Analyze business requirements to identify required HR system changes and configure system improvements.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure that DPC footprint is expanded within the company and provide system support to users and leaders.
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects as required, such as vacation conversion, employment equity, Ultipro data conversion, or system upgrades.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a Human Resources Department focused on data maintenance, report building, and troubleshooting projects.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Ultipro (UKG) Time and Attendance module, specializing in configuration related to Shift Patterns, Daily Time/Overtime rules, Paid Time Off policies, Pay rate premium tables, and Holiday Calendars.
  • Advanced knowledge of IBM Cognos BI for building Reports and Dashboards.
  • Experience managing Enterprise Systems security and access rights.
  • Understanding of Payroll processes to support/validate/audit time entries.
  • Knowledge of DBS and Service Scheduler for Hourly Time data integration.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Access, Visual Basics, and SQL.
  • Experience managing big data files for system imports and exports.
  • English written and spoken.
