Toromont Cat is seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the operational and system subject matter expertise for all HR systems and third-party applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the configuration of HR systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Build and generate reports to support business requirements, including scheduled and ad-hoc reports.
- Analyze business requirements to identify necessary HR system changes and implement system improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide system support and training to users and leaders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR data maintenance, report building, and troubleshooting.
- Advanced knowledge of IBM Cognos BI and MS Access.
- Experience managing enterprise systems security and access rights.
- Understanding of payroll processes and ability to support/validate/audit time entries.
