- Handle incoming and outgoing communications via telephone and electronic means.
- Manage reports and maintain records from both manual and electronic sources.
- Process mail efficiently, both manually and electronically.
- Provide general information and assistance to clients and the public.
- Photocopy and organize documents for distribution and filing.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Deliver high-quality customer service.
- Organize and file materials in the storage area.
- Label, file, and retrieve documents as needed.
Proficiency in MS Word is required for this role.
