- Monitor and manage spice inventory levels
- Address and resolve production challenges
- Maximize smokehouse efficiency
- Prepare reports and analyze data

- High school diploma is essential; a Meat Processing diploma is advantageous
- 3-6 years of experience in food processing or manufacturing
- Experience in operating relevant equipment
