Position Overview:

A prominent banking client is seeking a bilingual (French and English) client service specialist. In this role, you will embody the brand's values and provide exceptional support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, video, and mobile. This position offers full-time hours with a flexible, hybrid work model.


• Handle 50-60 incoming calls per shift from existing credit card customers, ensuring each interaction is a memorable customer service experience.


• Assist clients with inquiries related to their credit cards, such as balance inquiries, limit adjustments, and reporting fraudulent activities.


• Respond to client needs with empathy, providing solutions to a wide range of banking inquiries and resolving issues at the first point of contact.


• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and enhance client satisfaction.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to foster teamwork.


• Adhere to compliance protocols and processes to safeguard client and shareholder interests.


• Educate clients on utilizing digital tools, including navigating mobile apps and online banking platforms.


• Demonstrate empathy by acknowledging delays and ensuring clients feel valued.


• Focus on delivering an outstanding client experience, addressing immediate needs while identifying further opportunities for assistance.


• Specialize in credit card services, understanding product details, interest calculations, transaction reviews, and benefits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in both English and French.

2. A minimum of one year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment (e.g., call center, retail).

3. Strong digital literacy across various devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops) with excellent keyboarding skills and internet navigation.

4. Experience working in a team-oriented, metrics-driven environment.

5. Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma.
