Client Benefit Specialist

As a Client Benefit Specialist at Canada Life, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support and benefits administration services to our clients. This includes acting as a liaison between outsourced clients and our organization, leading a Benefits Administration Team, and coordinating annual flexible plan re-enrolment activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing business and technical support to clients
- Establishing administrative processes and procedures with clients
- Collaborating with the Canada Life IS team to investigate technical issues
- Training resources required for start-up of new clients and for annual re-enrolments
- Providing second-level support to the Benefits Administration Solutions and GroupNet Flex call centre
Requirements include:
- Business-related post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong technical skills, including Excel, Access, and Word
- Bilingual French and English (both written and oral) is an asset
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Superior interpersonal skills, including communication and relationship-building
