Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
  • Superior customer service skills, with a focus on resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Knowledge of Mainframe systems, GroupNet for Plan Administration, and GroupNet Flex is an asset
